Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We take the time to pick the highest quality products to carry in our store.
In the case that you are not satisfied, returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is still in new, re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us first before returning a product for exchange/refund/or warranty repair.
When contacting us, you must have:
1. Your order number and
2. A detailed description of your problem.
Our customer service representatives may step you through a few procedures to see if the problem can be resolved without sending in the light. Once a return is authorized, please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Send the product to:

Warranty:
We have a new policy for our selected Flashlight brands. We have upgraded our policy to a limited lifetime warranty.
We will repair or replace any flashlight purchased from TXTACTICALSOURCE against manufacturer's defects. Simply go through our RMA process. Your light will be returned fully functional. The exterior finish or normal wear and tear is not covered as this is cosmetic and does not affect the light's function. If we determine that the light was purposely abused it will not be cover under the warranty. If your model is discontinued, we may issue you store credit or offer you a newer model of equal value. We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement.
The only requirements are:
1) A Fenix, SureFire, Nitecore, Ra Lights, NovaTac, Tiablo, and JetBeam brand product purchased from TXTACTICALSOURCE
2) You must supply proof of purchase. If bought online an order number that matches your contact information is sufficient.
3) You must go through the standard RMA process where we will try to diagnose your problem before asking you to send it in.
4) The serial number of the flashlight must match with our Serial Number Database
